Abstract must be prepared in accordance with the following submission guidelines and that do not follow the format will be rejected.
All abstracts submission must be completed via submission page by February 04 (Mon), 2026, 6PM KST.
* Google login is essential for abstract submission using Google Forms.
The abstracts must be submitted in a PC version of Microsoft Word (no PDF, no MAC Files). It must be printed on one side of an A4 size sheet with 1-inch margins at the top in 12pt Times New Roman font, single spacing, justified on both margins.
1. Title: title in upper case bolded.
2. Authors: Start with presenting authors. Full first and last name in bold. Underlined the presenting author name. Each author separated by commas.
3. Institutional Affiliation: Number the Institution affiliations.
4. A blank line
5. Abstract: Use the named titles, bolded, and underlined, separated by period. Purpose., Methods., Results., and Conclusions.
6. Funding sources, grant numbers and conflicts of interests: If applicable.
None should be described if there are no conflicts of interest in the study or describe the following words if applicable.
7. Abstract must not be exceeding 250 words (including the Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion)
Select the presentation form (Oral, Poster, Either oral or poster)
* The number of the oral presentation is limited. The committee will review the abstracts and make the final decision the format of the presentation and may not be able to comply with the presenter's preference.
Please note that even if the presenter has chosen an oral presentation at the time of submission, the final decision of the committee may be to select a poster presentation.
