If you require an official Invitation Letter for your South Korean visa application, please follow the procedure below:

• Application Process 
  Please complete your conference registration and finalize the payment first.
  After payment is confirmed, please send a scanned copy of your passport to the Secretariat at ksvomaster@gmail.com.

• Important Policy on Refunds
  Please be advised that once an Invitation Letter has been issued, registration fees are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

• Issuance
  The official Invitation Letter (PDF) will be issued and sent to you via email after we verify your payment and passport details.

Asia-Pacific Countries Requiring a Visa for South Korea

Participants from the following countries/regions in Asia typically require a visa to enter the Republic of Korea. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible, as visa processing times may vary.

• East Asia: China, Mongolia

• Southeast Asia: Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, etc.

• South Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, etc.

• Central Asia: Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
